West Vancouver Police File # 97-8226

Victims:  Ernest Uno OZOLINS, Lisa Michelle CHAMBERLAIN

On June 02, 1997, at approximately 2000 hrs, the bodies of Ernest (Ernie) OZOLINS and his girlfriend Lisa CHAMBERLAIN were found in their residence on Wildwood Lane in West Vancouver.  Both victims had been shot to death. Their murders appear to have been done execution style.

Ernie OZOLINS was a member of the Hells Angels prior to his execution.  Shortly after the West Vancouver Police released details of this homicide, a fax was sent to the Vancouver Sun from the Haney chapter of the Hells Angels announcing that OZOLINS "has been retired, for personal reasons, from the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club since October 1996." OZOLINS had served terms as the Haney Chapter President, The Haney Chapter Secretary and a Provincial executive as Sergeant at Arms.
