The West Vancouver Police Department is not currently accepting applications from police officer candidates.


Recruiting needs are reviewed on an ongoing basis.  Our Recruiting Officer will post notice here when any new recruit application process is undertaken for either exempt or non-exempt candidates*.  We encourage you to check this page regularly for updates.  


When applications are being accepted, the first step in the recruitment process will be for the applicant to submit a resume with a cover letter ensuring that all minimum requirements are met.  Resumes may be submitted by the following methods:
