The West Vancouver Police Department is always open.  However, although we respond to calls for service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, the following hours of business apply for special services:

Special Occasion Licence approval

• Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Chauffer Permit

• Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Criminal Records Check application

• Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
• There is no restriction on when the results letter may be picked up.
