Charges have now been filed against suspects in a Robbery and shooting incident in West Vancouver Tuesday.
Three of four suspects arrested Tuesday afternoon were taken to North Vancouver Provincial Court this afternoon for a first court appearance.
A 21 year year old Burnaby man was released at West Vancouver Police Headquarters today on a Promise To Attend Court with Undertaking. West Vancouver Police are recommending a charge of Robbery.
The Burnaby man is to make a first appearance at North Vancouver Provincial Court February 19, 2010. His name will not be released prior to any charge being formally sworn by Crown Counsel.
Crown Counsel has approved a total of 12 charges as follows against the following persons:

WINGER, BLORE, and CHAIF-GUST have been remanded in custody until a next court appearance January 27, 2010.
