| Robbery Suspects - Court Update |
Suspects in an armed robbery and weapons incident in West Vancouver made another appearance at North Vancouver Provincial Court Wednesday.
25 year old Jeremy WINGER of Princeton, BC, 26 year old Ryan William David BLORE of Port Moody, BC and 19 year old Joshua Bennet CHAIF-GUST of New Westminster, BC have been remanded in custody since their arrest in West Vancouver January 19, 2010.
At a court appearance in North Vancouver Provincial Court today, all three suspects were ordered to remain in custody pending a further court appearance by videoconference March 3rd, 2010.
A 21 year year old Burnaby man was released at West Vancouver Police Headquarters January 20, 2010 on a Promise To Attend Court with Undertaking. He faces a first appearance at North Vancouver Provincial Court February 19, 2010. His name will not be released prior to any charge being formally sworn by Crown Counsel.
